Shipping and Returns

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders include FREE Shipping via two to four day Priority Mail from the USPS. Insurance for the shipping and handling of your order is optional and can be secured at your request.  If you would like to have expedited shipping, live outside of the United States, have a general sales inquiry or have special instructions for your order please contact us.   As the holiday season approaches we will post priority dates via our twitter feed and will keep you abreast with important updates.

What methods of shipment does Breathalyze.com use?

All of our breath alcohol tests and breathalyzers are shipped via USPS Priority mail.  International orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Do you live outside of the United States? If so, you need not worry; we do ship internationally.

Breathalyze.com ships to most countries around the globe. There may or may not be additional charges for international orders so please let us know your location and we will work with you to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email support@breathalyze.com as soon as your shipment arrives if there has been any damage.  We certainly assure you that if this happens that you will promptly receive a replacement free of charge.

What is the return policy at Breathalyze.com?

Any item may be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase for a refund, less a 15% shipping and restocking fee.  We will ask that you first fill out a return authorization form before settling the transaction.  Any item that is not functioning properly and is still within a warranty period may be returned for an exchange.  Please email us at sales@breathalyze.com regarding such matters. If your breathalyzer is giving inaccurate readings, please read our calibration instructions before initiating any return related inquiry.
